Position Summary
A full-time administrative assistant is sought for the Harley Langdale, Jr. Center for Forest Business within the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. Responsibilities consist primarily of customer response, external event support, account reconciliation and record management, deposit processing, mailing operation management, and website/e-media updates.
The position serves as a central point of coordination for administrative operations supporting both the Center for Forest Business ( CFB ) and the Georgia Master Timber Harvester ( MTH ) Program. Responsibilities include processing registrations and applications, reconciling payments and deposits, managing mailing operations, maintaining website and e-media content, and supporting training programs and events.

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Provide additional administrative support as needed for the investment conference, golf tournament, and other outreach events. Duties include reconciling guest lists, tracking unregistered attendees, and solving last-minute issues.
