We are a small but thriving immigration law firm looking for a professional, compassionate, and proactive Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join our team. This is a key front-facing role for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in an organized environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
In this role, you will provide administrative and client-service support to the firm by assisting prospective and current clients, managing physical and digital files, handling document intake, supporting case processing logistics, coordinating scheduling with the intake specialist, and helping the legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements
Must be completely Bilingual English/Spanish
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, legal assistant, or client-service role preferred
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor with clients and team members
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and follow-through
Ability to take initiative and work independently while also supporting a team
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Basic proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry
Ability to manage physical and digital files in an organized manner
Strong scheduling and calendar coordination skills
Ability to assist with document collection, intake, and administrative case support
Prior law firm or immigration law experience is a plus, but not required
