About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative coordinator to support the Founder and day-to-day operations of a fast-moving boutique consultancy. This is a part-time role suited to someone who thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial environment and takes genuine ownership of their work.

Requirements

• Create and maintain professional documents including slide presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, and tracking tools across multiple client engagements
• Build and maintain a file organization system for the business — and keep it current
• Support scheduling and meeting preparation
• Maintain and organize contracts, proposals, and engagement documentation
• Support travel planning as needed (flights, hotels, itineraries)
• Assist with written communications and correspondence as directed
• Anticipate needs and flag issues before they become problems
