Community based non-profit organization is seeking a passionate, creative, motivated, flexible person for the part-time role of Receptionist/Case Manager. The Receptionist/Case Manage will work with and provide office support, data entry and case management duties for our Mental Health, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, Healthy Relationship, and Housing programs.
Responsibilities
Providing front desk coverage (answering phones, monitoring answering service portal, checking in clients, etc.)
Verify demographic data, insurance eligibility and update practice management system
Data entry into agency database and server
Make confirmation calls for upcoming therapy appointments
Scanning, uploading, copying and collating agency documents
Notify the Chief Operating Officer of any building maintenance issues and tracking progress of resolutions
Filing of client-related documents, copying records, maintaining agency files, including cataloging and storage of closed case files
Perform opening/closing procedures, cleaning and organizing waiting area as needed throughout the day
Monitor and submit supply order requests to the Administrative Assistant
Assist during emergency situations
Other duties as assigned
Benefits: Sick leave accrued at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked.

Must have cultural awareness and experience working and interacting with diverse populations
At least 3 years’ office experience
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be highly organized, reliable and dependable
Solid understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality and privacy practices is required
Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
