Position Description:

The Graduate School Administrative Systems Analyst will work as a CRM specialist providing technical and systems support for the Graduate School to support the functioning of the graduate student funnel from prospective status to enrollment. Job duties entail technical responsibilities within the Slate (CRM) database including management of the day-to-day operations and configuration of the CRM. This core admissions team member serves as a "power user", training others and troubleshooting questions. Manage data imports and exports to Slate, maintaining data integrity, helping to code/develop new projects and maintain existing CRM projects. Position requires strong analytical and critical thinking capacities, thoroughness, proactive thought, and technical expertise for better and more efficient execution of Graduate School admissions and enrollment management tasks and projects. Proactively recommend and implement new Slate features.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with and under the direction of the Director of Graduate Admissions and Enrollment Management to provide support to other admissions teams using Slate CRM events, template development, and query building and review.
  • Ensure admissions process queues are working as designed.
  • Manage Slate maintenance of ongoing data import and integration processes, including resolving duplicate ID cases among university computer systems.
  • Develop admissions systems using front-end web technologies via the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript language stack.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of various departmental processes to facilitate applications support, conducting periodic audits of processes to recommend updates and inactivation of outdated processes.

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
