On-site position at Grand Forks Corporate Headquarters.
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay $20 - $24 per hour, DOE

*Politely answer telephone and direct calls or take messages.
*Greet and assist customers, employees, or other walk-ins.
*Process customer credit card payments.
*Open daily mail and deliver to Controller.
*Assist in daily filing, copying, and/or organizing.
*Maintain and order office supplies as necessary.
*Handle incoming/outgoing UPS/FedEx shipments as needed. Freight deliveries can be directed to appropriate Project Manager for unloading.
*Assist Accounting Department with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable daily.
*Assist Service Coordinator/Manager with work order paperwork/scheduling and other duties as needed.
*Other duties as assigned by Controller.
