The UCC is a department within the Division of Student Affairs and aligned under the Wellness Team consisting of Campus Recreation, Student Health Services, Care and Resource Support departments. Accredited by the International Accreditation of Counseling Services (IACS) and American Psychological Association (APA), the UCC exists to ensure healthy and thriving lives for University of Pittsburgh's diverse student population by providing crisis intervention, outreach, workshops, group, individual, relationship/couples therapy, and teams to assist with disordered eating, gender affirmation, substance use, and trauma. Job Summary
Performs administrative and general office support work.
Essential Functions
Schedules meetings and manages calendars in coordination with others; provides logistical support during meetings and events. Answers phone, takes messages, and transfers callers; provides general information and appropriately answers customer inquiries from walk-ins, incoming calls, and emails. Prepares and edits various technical documents, including financial reports, presentation materials, and routine correspondence; uses established guidelines and proper formatting. Makes minor purchases, collects payments, and verifies billing information. Performs a variety of clerical duties, including filing paperwork, distributing mail, assisting with travel arrangements, maintaining mailing lists, and data entry.

This is a sedentary position which involves light physical activity and sitting at a desk in an office.
