Bestica is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide service in support of the Navel Health Research Center in San Diego, CA.

SCOPE: The Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) develops and delivers operational biomedical research solutions
that enhance the health, safety, readiness, and performance of our military forces. This acquisition shall provide
administrative services to support the Command Suite, Administrative Officer (AO) and Director for Administration
(DFA) at NHRC

FULL TIME

-A minimum of three years' experience within military medical R&D activities or the military.
-Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines.
-Ensure that the project team performance consistently meets or exceeds the established customer satisfaction
benchmarks.
-Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Comprehensive knowledge of DoD correspondence, including,
but not limited to: DoN Correspondence Manual, Standard Subject Identification Codes, and OPNAV
Administrative Manual.
-Proficiency in operating a desktop computer, printer, scanner, facsimile, and other office related equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
