Administrative Coordinator - School of Medicine Graduate Studies Office
The incumbent will provide support to senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic and administrative departments. These activities could include, but are not limited to, coordinating and managing office activities, management of expenses, reimbursements, budget reconciliation, as well as manage academic records and liaise with the School of Medicine Registrar's Office and Student Payment Center. May be involved in coordinating and supporting event planning. Other duties as assigned or as needed.
An Associate's Degree is required for this position with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education and/ or experience requirement. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in higher education.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm *Opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days a week is an option upon successful completion of departmental training
Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Combination of On-Campus and Remote work as determined by the department.
Requested Pay Rate: 22 - 23.00
