Job Summary
Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.
Essential Functions
The incumbent will provide support to senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic and administrative departments. These activities could include, but are not limited to, coordinating and managing office activities, management of expenses, reimbursements, budget reconciliation, as well as manage academic records and liaise with the School of Medicine Registrar's Office and Student Payment Center. May be involved in coordinating and supporting event planning. Other duties as assigned or as needed. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in higher education.
Physical Effort
The incumbent must be able to proficiently use various forms of communication, computer/keyboard, ability to read and write documents in various formats (electronic/hard copy) and utilize software programs and University applications. Position is generally sedentary, but occasionally may need
to lift packages (weighing 25 lbs. or less).

Hiring Range: $20.50 to $25.62 per hour
