Administrative Manager The Upper Blue Sanitation District is seeking an Administrative Manager Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000 $130,000 The district has an excellent benefit package including: 100% employer paid health and dental insurance for employee and family Retirement plan Wellness benefit Position Overview The Administrative Manager performs a variety of office and administrative duties, including: Assisting the District Manager in preparing financial materials for the Boards review Developing and maintaining financial records for the District Working with the District auditor to prepare the annual audit Performing as the Human Resource coordinator, including but not limited to: o Payroll o Insurance o Employment law compliance o Knowledge of district personnel policies Ideal Candidate Qualifications An ideal candidate shall possess: Knowledge of governmental accounting principles Understanding of special district financial and reporting requirements Experience with payroll and accounting software Additional Requirements Salary is commensurate with experience A pre-employment physical including drug screening and background check is required A more detailed description of job duties can be requested from:
