Administrative (Professional)
The incumbent will be responsible for higher level office support functions. These could include, but are not limited to, coordinating and managing office activities, preparing disbursements, managing schedules, and participating in the management of departmental budgets.
The incumbent will support the Office of the Dean by managing the Dean's calendar and assisting with a variety of administrative projects, programs, meetings, and events. Responsibilities include coordinating facility access (security badges and keys), tracking maintenance requests, scheduling orientations, managing mail distribution, answering the main office phone, coordinating room reservations, maintaining storage and inventory, and distributing Wellness Champion communications. Additional administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
