| Job Summary | This position will provide executive assistant services to the Division Chief and the Associate Division Chiefs, ensuring seamless and confidential communication and coordination between the Division leadership (Division Chief, Associate Division Chiefs, and Division administrator), the Department of Internal Medicine, and Markey Cancer Center. A key responsibility will be to coordinate and support faculty recruitment efforts and monitor all aspects of the recruitment workflow, remotely and on site, including itineraries, travel, and housing. This position will ensure timely communication with faculty candidates and monitor timely completion of all administrative steps of the recruitment process, including institutional signatures and approvals. This position will also provide administrative support for all faculty members in the Division and back-up support to the APPs and Genetic Counselors. This position will have the responsibility to coordinate faculty onboarding; coordinate travel and accommodation to conferences and meetings (within guidelines of the University and KMSF); prepare and maintain faculty curriculum vitae; assist in the development of dossiers, credentialing packet (includes CAQH), licenses, memberships and dues in accordance with University and KMSF guidelines. |
