| Physical Requirements | The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and over 25lbs; occasionally standing or walking with objects up to 15lbs; and regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time while performing repetitive motions (such as typing). |

| Job Summary | The Retail Pharmacy department of the University of Kentucky Healthcare Enterprise is seeking an efficient and experienced administrative staff support associate. The Administrative Support Associate II will have duties including, but not limited to: managing the day to day administrative activities for Ambulatory Pharmacy Services; providing support to administrative leadership, operational support, and personnel support; assisting with on-boarding of new employees; and assists with managing department payroll and timekeeping processes. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will possess basic Windows/PC skills, knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software applications, knowledge of or ability to learn Kronos timekeeping system, and the ability to perform scheduling and timekeeping functions. |

| Preferred Education/Experience | Administrative and/or personnel support; Payroll and/or timekeeping. Pharmacy technician experience is not required but is preferred to handle some of the onboarding tasks. |
