Program Director – Lead Our Dynamic Camp Experience! (Year-Round or Summer Position):

We’re looking for a passionate and organized Program Director to oversee our 150+ exciting clinic activities and manage key aspects of camp programming. A Day in the Life of an Operations Manager at Augusta typically includes
- Oversee and improve 150+ diverse clinic activities and key camp programs.
- Manage all programming logistics, from scheduling to supply organization, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support staff management, including training, mentoring, and providing leadership across all areas of the camp.
- Work closely with camp leadership to drive big-picture improvements and ensure sustained growth in programming.
- Analyze feedback and past experiences to implement creative innovations for each new camp season.
- During the off-season (if year-round is desired), you’ll play a critical role in hiring staff, registering campers, and refining programs based on past experiences to ensure each summer is even better than the last.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Summer Salary: $8,000 - $12,000 (DOE)
- Housing, utilities, and meals are provided during your stay.

Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years of age by June 1st, 2026
- Must be available during our summer dates: from May 12th to August 8th, 2026
- Ability to commit to 3-5 hours of pre-camp onboarding work (paperwork, videos, book clubs, readings, etc.) a week from when you are hired to when you arrive, and maintain open and prompt communication about that work
And MUST have one of the following:
- At least one summer of experience at a residential summer camp, over 100 hours of direct mentorship work with youth
Preferred qualifications:
- A history of ‘meaningful’ work and a variety of experiences with youth
- A plethora of interesting hobbies, passions, and life experiences that you’re excited to share with us
- A GPA of 3.0+ with a true excitement for learning and writing
