Position Summary, Requirements, and Qualifications
Position Summary
This position will be responsible for general office assistance. He/She will provide assistance to Superintendent, Supervisors, Office Support staff & Business Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining/tracking training records, allocating and converting CS/ MDC orders/parts keeping room reservation folders up-to-date, tracking extra help hours each pay period, and assisting office staff with miscellaneous duties
The person in this position reports to the Superintendent or their designee of Building Services.
Education/Experience
Preferred Qualification
1. Proficiency on a computer
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
3. Phone and Communication Skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to operate standard office equipment
5. Ability to work independently without constant guidance
