Employees are required to work Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Applicants must reside within a commutable distance to Maryland Heights, MO as travel to the office is occasionally required based on business needs.
If you are located within the state of Missouri, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pull information from the queue and assign cases to clinical team based on member zip code
- Work in spreadsheets and systems to provide member data to the clinical team
- Send out clinical information to members
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience working in a professional office environment
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office (Word (create/edit documents, insert tables), Excel (filter, sort), and Outlook (send email, create/edit meeting invitations)
- Live within the state of Missouri
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience
- Medicaid experience
- Medical terminology experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
