Description
Under the direction of the DPW Director or their designee, this position is responsible for providing clerical support for the Department of Public Works in preparing correspondence or other documents as requested. This person will also perform record keeping, filing and other clerical skills as requested. Requirements
H.S. diploma or GED equivalent required. Associates or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite required. At least three to five (3-5) years recent full-time secretarial experience in a business environment required. BS&A experience strongly preferred as well as CMMS experience preferred.
