MAR-PHTC Administrative Support
The incumbent will be responsible for higher level office support functions including:
Evaluation
• Analyzes needs assessments and drafts reports
• Develops and distributes training evaluations and subsequent evaluation reports
• Develops CQI data sections (quarterly)
• Reporting (data entry): enters training data into the Electronic Handbook (EHB) for annual funder reports
Financial
• Orders supplies, catering, etc.
• Develops contracts
• Processes reimbursements / reconciliations
• Processes contract payments
Other
Training: supports training delivery and the Leadership Institute
Experiential Learning: manages experiential learning and supports Exchange networking events
Publications: supports publications (lit reviews, etc.)
Other: contributes to outward facing materials and meetings (marketing, meetings, etc.) and other duties as assigned
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and a Bachelor's degree is Preferred.
