Role Responsibilities

Dar de alta oportuna y eficazmente los materiales de avíos en el sistema SAP.

• Recibir y resguardar las facturas que ingresen en el almacén.

• Firmar de conformidad en el número de materiales de avíos recibidos.

• Dar de alta en el sistema de evaluación de proveedores.

• Apoyar en la realización de inventarios físicos y conciliación.

• Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes del material consumido en líneas de producción.

• Apoyar con las destrucciones.

• Asistir a las juntas de trabajo que se le requieran

• Es responsable de los problemas que deban presentarse en el Sistema de gestión de los materiales

• Participar en la solución de problemas de la inocuidad de los materiales y su prevención.

• Realizar todas aquellas actividades relacionadas con el trabajo que su jefe le indique.

• Apoyar en el seguimiento de pago a facturas de proveedores.

• Reportar los problemas que puedan presentarse en el sistema de administración de inocuidad del tequila.

• Reporta a compras el faltante para el inventario de material.

• Verificación de pedidos pendientes por entregar.

• Reporta a envase el pedido con la disponibilidad del material para su envase.

• Cumplir con lo establecido en el sistema de gestión de BASC

• Apoyo en inventarios de existencia en el almacén de avíos.

Qualifications

Educación:

Preparatoria Terminada

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

Actividades de almacen

Experiencia:

1 año en puestos similares
