Description
RECEPTIONIST PEABODY HOUSING AUTHORITY The Peabody Housing Authority seeks a qualified candidate for the position of Receptionist. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answer and screen all incoming telephone calls using a multi line phone system, receive and process maintenance work orders, receive, distribute and data enter housing applications . Further duties include provide office support and manage clerical duties for all staff, handle incoming and outgoing mail, receive rent payments, enter data, file correspondence, filing and other duties as assigned. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required. Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written; have good organizational and typing skills . Must be able to handle confidential materials. Bi-lingual preferred but not required. This position is Full time at 37.5 hours and includes a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, vacation, sick and personal time, Medical and Dental Insurance, 40lK and pension plan.
