| Job Summary | The Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable STEPS Administrative Assistant to support the Philanthropic Partnerships, Events & Programs team. This position will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations, with a focus on ProCard management, scheduling assistance, and fundraising event-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities:

| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred, particularly in a university or healthcare setting. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new software systems. ProCard editing experience is a plus but not required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with professionalism and discretion. • Customer service mindset and collaborative work style. • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required. |
