Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily schedule of the Chief of Staff to the CEO
  • Oversee Chief of Staff travel including car service arrangements, covid travel forms, and visa documentation as needed
  • Register CEO for conferences and verify CEO calendar availability for engagements
  • Handle a broad range of team duties including day-to-day management of team calendar, team meetings, team spreadsheets, team reports
  • Send/prepare weekly briefing emails, materials, and travel books and coordinate with facilities for materials delivery
  • Assist the team in booking travel and arranging for visas
  • Coordinate Broadcast studio requests
  • Oversee Team Mailboxes and Team Subscriptions
  • Compile and distribute the weekly e-mail of executive meetings
  • Create Board of Director facebooks
  • Proofread materials for appropriate logistical details
  • Provide core administrative support to the team
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed
  • Exhibit confidence and ability to correspond and coordinate with Senior Executive offices

Our hybrid work model

Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
