Northwell’s Administrative Fellowship is a 12-month, full-time opportunity for recent graduates of accredited graduate programs in health care administration (MBA, MHA, MHSA, MPA, MPH). The fellowship is designed to prepare future health care leaders through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship and strategic exposure across the health system. Fellows rotate through different departments and facilities, participate in system-level projects and engage with leadership at every level. The experience offers a deep understanding of health care operations and prepares fellows for leadership roles in a dynamic health care environment. The Administrative Fellowship is designed for individuals who are completing or recently completed a graduate degree from an accredited institution. Applicants must be pursuing or hold a master’s degree with a focus in health care administration. Accepted degrees include: Master of Business Administration (MBA) Master of Health Administration (MHA) Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) Master of Public Administration (MPA) Master of Public Health (MPH) Ideal candidates are motivated individuals with a demonstrated interest in health care leadership, strong analytical and communication skills and a commitment to improving health care delivery.
