We are seeking two (2) Administrative Associates for a full-time contract opportunity with FM Talent Source for one of our valued clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide support for electronically storing, retrieving, reviewing, and routing documents and correspondence.
- Create and maintain organizational staffing rosters, listservs, and records, on an ad hoc basis and as directed.
- Perform records management and general administrative duties on a daily basis, as assigned.
- Ensure positive, professional working relationships across the agency when collaborating and communicating.
- Ensure proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create and maintain tracking processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience or no degree with a minimum of four (4) years of experience.
Compensation Range: The salary range provided is determined by market value, internal equity, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. Offers will be extended within this range, though not all candidates will receive an offer at the upper limit.

- If selected for a position, you will receive a phone call from a member of our recruitment team with a verbal offer
- If you accept, a written contingent offer will follow
- If you are not selected after an interview, you will receive both a phone call and an email with your status
If You Are Not Selected to Move Forward
If your application is not selected for the prescreen stage, you will receive an email notification.
