ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT The Village of Lake Orion is seeking qualified applicants for the Part-time position of Administrative Assistant. The position works 20 hours per week under the supervision of the Clerk/Treasurer. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, can take on new challenges, and has a strong desire to learn various duties within the office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Responsibilities would include: Utility billing Cemetery lot sales Accounts payable and receivables Processing payments, cash receipting and deposits Generating reports using the Villages financial software Provides front counter assistance to the public and offers administrative support to multiple departments The hourly pay range for this position is $21.65 to $25.98, based on qualifications and experience.
