Our client, a reputable organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the office support team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to theoverall efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, aligning well with the company's commitment to excellence and growth.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Guntersville, AL
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform accurate data entry across various systems
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks
- Coordinate UPS pickups and assist with outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
What's Needed?
- Comfortable answering and managing phone communications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (including formulas, data organization, and spreadsheet management)
- Prior experience with order entry or similar transactional data processing required
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with data entry and computer-based systems
