Program Description The Bryan Health Administrative Fellowship is a one-year program designed to launch your healthcare administration career in one of the region's leading healthcare systems. This hands-on position is tailored to your professional interests, gives you experience and perspective working within a leading healthcare system, and allows you to work side-by-side with senior leadership on crucial system initiatives. The fellow participates in projects and work assignments across departments including, but not limited to, administration, finance, operations, advancement/development, marketing, business development, strategy, information technology, and human resources, while also attending board and senior management meetings, allowing for strong personal and leadership growth opportunities.
