Description

The Administrative Fellowship Program at Children's National Hospital is a one-year rotational program to give graduate-level early students exposure to all aspects of the hospital. The program is designed for emerging leaders committed to advancing healthcare through innovation, collaboration and service. Core rotations will include hospital operations, ambulatory services, hospital-based specialties and surgical services. Additionally, elective rotations can be selected and tailored to each fellow’s interests. Elective rotation examples include strategy, finance, patient experience, information technology, quality and safety and more.

Applications will open June 1st, 2026, and will close on August 14th, 2026. Applications sent after the deadline will not be considered.
