Description
The Administrative Fellowship at Manning Family Children's is a 12-month project-based experience designed to develop and grow future leaders, specifically in pediatric healthcare. This program offers an extraordinary opportunity to learn about the mission, vision, and values of Manning Family Children's while working closely with the executive leadership team. The Fellow will spend the first month in an immersive orientation period to become familiar with the organization and identify areas of interest. After completing the orientation period, the Fellow will begin the project-based structure. The experience is tailored to the Fellow's areas of interest and needs of the organization. The Fellow will have the opportunity to contribute and lead a variety of projects in areas such as day-to-day operations, ambulatory care, strategic planning, community benefits, finance, and many more. This structure is intended to give the Fellow exposure across the entire organization to help develop skills necessary to be a transformational leader.
