Description

The Memorial Healthcare System Administrative Fellowship offers an immersive, project-based, 12-month rotational experience. Fellows rotate through two key hospitals—Memorial Regional Hospital and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital—spending approximately 16 to 18 weeks at each site. In addition, they gain exposure to other critical operational areas, including essential corporate support services. Throughout the fellowship, candidates engage in hands-on learning of hospital operations, leadership structures, and strategic initiatives across both adult and pediatric care settings, while also attending key executive leadership meetings. Applicants must have earned a degree from a CAHME, AACSB, or CEPH accredited MHA, MHSA, MPH, or MBA program. Candidates who will receive their master’s degree upon completion of the fellowship are also eligible to apply
