Description

The Administrative Fellowship at Providence is a 12-month program designed for master’s-level graduates to develop their management and leadership capabilities through a wide range of hands-on learning experiences. Fellows benefit from close mentorship with senior leaders while leading high-impact, highly visible projects aligned with their interests. Throughout the program, fellows build both a micro- and macro-level understanding of Providence’s role and impact within the communities it serves. Providence offers fellowship opportunities across the following tracks for the upcoming cycle: Providence Central Division (2 fellows) – based in Spokane, WA Providence Enterprise (2 fellows) – based in Irvine, CA or Seattle, WA While Providence offers additional fellowship tracks in other regions, those locations will not be recruiting during this cycle.
