| Job Summary | The Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement/Health (PAE) seeks a Donor Stewardship Associate to join our growing team. The Associate will report to the Director of Donor Stewardship and support the philanthropy team as they show gratitude to donors and inspire them to give again. Duties include collecting content from gift officers, fund recipients, and others to create impact reports at all levels of giving, developing custom stewardship processes for special donors, maintaining an annual stewardship calendar to ensure timely delivery of impact reports to major and principal gift donors, and ensuring that the donor signage program is up to date. The position is part of the Donor Relations team and will require occasional nights and weekends. Because this position directly interacts with senior level executives across the enterprise as well as our high-level donors and alumni, the associate must be someone of high ethical standards who is able to communicate and represent the institution, as well as adhere to standards of confidentiality and professionalism. The associate will have good communication and time management skills, be organized and detail oriented. | Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and email marketing software (Mailchimp preferred). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and basic knowledge of (iPhone) video editing preferred but not required. |
