Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support. The Administrative Specialist's role is to ensure the efficient, effective operation of administrative activities. You will work closely with colleagues across all levels of the organization, handling multiple levels of routine and ad hoc duties autonomously and ensuring that SEACORP leadership is positioned to smoothly perform their responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Arranging meetings and appointments
- Preparing official documents, booking travel, researching assigned topics
- Utilizing internal ISO systems, updating records, and recording meeting minutes and action items
- Work closely with leadership to develop and maintain presentations/briefings/communications
Given the level of access to strategic planning and confidential organizational activity, the Administrative Specialist must maintain a very high level of confidentiality and utilize significant discretion in judgement in the execution of the role.
Critical to success: attention to detail, excellence in all forms of business communication, analytical, resourceful problem-solving, professional demeanor, consistent/thorough follow up, strong team collaborator.
Please note that an Active Secret Clearance is required on the date of hire.
Qualifications:
Education: Highschool diploma/GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience required.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
Travel: None
Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
