| Job Summary | The University of Kentucky's Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement (PAE) is seeking a highly organized and serviceoriented Administrative Professional to provide comprehensive support to the Cancer Programs Team. This role critical for coordination, communication, and operational support ensuring that programs, meetings, events, and day to day administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. The position plays a key role in supporting cancerrelated initiatives by managing calendars and meetings, preparing and distributing correspondence, coordinating research and proposal activities, and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records. As the frontline liaison for the team, the role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal partners, external organizations, donors, and the public. Additionally, the position provides support for programs and events, assisting with scheduling, logistics, communications, and on site coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, missiondriven environment, enjoys supporting others, and takes pride in bringing structure, organization, and responsiveness to complex work that advances cancer research, care, and philanthropy.
