| Job Summary | The Clinical Research Office (CRO) within the Markey Cancer Center is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Support Associate I to provide administrative support for our oncology clinical research office. This position plays an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating meetings, preparing conference rooms, managing office supplies, arranging travel, maintaining clinical trial databases, and serving as the first point of contact for monitors and incoming calls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding support in a fast-paced environment is essential. Work Arrangement: This position is fully onsite.
