Description
We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Apopka, FL. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for everyday life. Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Florida State COTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with ADL retraining, splinting, and documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.

- Shift Days: M-F.
