The David A. Gee Administrative Fellowshipis a two-year, immersive leadership program designed to prepare talented professionals to shape the future of academic medicine. Through a series of rotations and strategic projects, fellows gain firsthand experience in operational, financial, and organizational leadership while learning directly from the executive team at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, in partnership with WashU Medicine. Features of this fellowship: Hands-on leadership:Fellows lead high-impact projects that influence hospital strategy, patient care, and organizational growth. Mentorship and guidance:Work closely with senior leaders who are committed to developing the next generation of health care executives. Diverse and lasting community:Our fellows come from a variety of professional backgrounds, and alumni continue to support and mentor new cohorts through the Fellowship Advisory Committee. Pathway to influence:Many alumni have gone on to senior leadership roles in hospitals, academic institutions, and health care organizations across the country.
