Event and Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their vision and delivering tailored event solutions
- Proactively generate new business through networking, outreach, and relationship-building
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets
- Guide clients through the full event lifecycle, from initial concept to successful execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and delivery of all event details
- Represent the organization with professionalism and a client-focused approach

Event and Sales Manager Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales in hospitality
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
