Lexington Health’s Administrative Fellowship Program is designed to foster the development of management and leadership skills in individuals committed to a career in healthcare administration. Our program is a 12-month, customizable fellowship developing the next generation of healthcare leaders through hands-on practical experience in operational, organizational, and financial management aspects of an Independent Healthcare System.
