Behavioral Health Connections LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) for a full-time, remote role based in Manchester, Vermont. Work Environment

In this remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your work from your location while also engaging with clients through virtual sessions and occasional in-person meetings as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.
• Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating a strong ability to manage acute mental health situations with care and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providing consultation and insight into the mental health management of clients during regular case reviews.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in staff training sessions, as well as contribute to program development initiatives.

You will primarily support a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults dealing with a range of mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely-related field from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and valid independent (LCMHC) license to practice in Vermont.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing counseling or psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Strong proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of their application in different client contexts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple client schedules efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Previous involvement in a collaborative care model or interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

Behavioral Health Connections LLC offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
