- Main Line Health Administrative Fellow
Description
The Main Line Health Administrative Fellowship is a 12month, projectbased leadership development program that immerses recent graduates in the operations and strategy of a large, integrated community health system. Fellows work directly with senior executives to lead and support highpriority initiatives, gaining broad exposure to systemlevel operations while tailoring experiences to their professional interests and career goals. Backed by strong engagement from the Senior Leadership Team, the fellowship offers meaningful executive mentorship, participation in highlevel meetings, and insight into governance and decisionmaking across hospitals, ambulatory services, and corporate departments. Fellows serve as embedded partners on strategic projects, develop key competencies in communication, change management, analytics, and financial stewardship, and build robust professional networks through mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration. Designed for both breadth and depth, the program fosters accelerated leadership growth in a fastpaced, collaborative health care environment. Join one of the virtual information sessions to learn more about the program and connect with current leaders.
