The University of Missouri Health Care Administrative Fellowship is an in-depth, two-year program dedicated to the professional development and personal growth of future health care leaders. Through valuable rotations and projects, fellows can learn from executive leaders and make a significant impact within the academic health system First Year Administrative fellows gain exposure through core rotations at MU Health Care and Mizzou School of Medicine to broaden their knowledge while being able to engage with executive leaders and develop areas of interest and experience within health care. Fellows will simultaneously complete system level projects with executive guidance. Second Year Administrative fellows are matched based on their interests and the priorities of the organization to complete structured rotations and real-world projects for both system and departmental/operational levels. Additionally, administrative fellows will gain leadership experience through an interim management role.
Requirements
