Join the Hoskins Exteriors Team: Office Receptionist

Hoskins Exteriors is looking for a reliable, sharp-witted professional to join our front office in Clarinda, IA. Since 1991, we've built our reputation on high-quality roofing, siding, and window work, and our office staff is the engine that keeps the operation moving. This isn't just a "phone answering" job-it's the first point of contact for our homeowners and the backbone of our administrative flow.

The Schedule & Pay
You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We believe in a real break, so you'll have a full hour for lunch every day. Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour, depending on what you bring to the table, plus a solid benefits package.

What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day is about managing the flow. You'll handle incoming calls from clients ready to start projects, manage office correspondence, and keep our digital files in order. You're the primary bridge between our field crews and our customers. We need someone who is tech-savvy, comfortable on a computer, and knows how to navigate basic office software without a manual.

Who You Are
You're a team player who doesn't need to be micro-managed. You're professional on the phone and organized at your desk. If you have experience with QuickBooks, that's a major plus for us, but it isn't a dealbreaker if you don't-we can train the right person on the specifics as long as you have the fundamental office skills down.
