The St. Louis Children’s Hospital Administrative Fellowship is a comprehensive fellow-driven two-year experience with rotations, shadowing, system-wide networking, and unique project opportunities. The fellowship begins in the first week of July. In the first year, our administrative fellow is designated mentors at the senior leadership level. With each mentor, the fellow will be given meaningful project exposure, shadowing opportunities, and the opportunity to receive high-level coaching. Throughout the year, you can move through a variety of rotations in order to gain maximum exposure to the hospital and its leadership team. With solid exposure to the organization, year two is focused on specific projects and electives based on the fellow’s interest and organizational needs. Requirements

The St. Louis Children's Administrative Fellowship application will open on July 13, 2026. The 2027–2029 St. Louis Children’s Hospital Administrative Fellowship application should be emailed to SLCHAdminFellowship@bjc.org in PDF format by August 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Our current fellows will be hosting two informational webinars, one on July 28th from 11:30AM-12:30PM CST, and the other on August 10th from 6PM-7PM CST. To register for one of these webinars, please visit our website or the LinkedIn page of either fellow. To be considered for selection, the application materials listed below must be submitted in the correct order and must be emailed as one single PDF file before or on the deadline.
