The UnityPoint Health – Waterloo Administrative Fellowship offers a one-year, hands-on experience in hospital administration, designed for emerging healthcare leaders. Fellows will be based at Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa—a 204-bed, not-for-profit hospital serving the Cedar Valley and affiliated with UnityPoint Health, one of the state’s largest healthcare systems. At UnityPoint Health, our mission, vision and values guide everything we do, including how we develop future leaders. Fellows will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain a system-level view of healthcare operations, and lead meaningful projects that drive real change. This immersive experience provides the skills, exposure, and mentorship needed to launch a successful career in healthcare administration.
