Description
The University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine Administrative Fellowship is a 12- month paid full-time position with benefits, designed to prepare post-graduate training for administrative leadership roles in academic medicine. Fellows will receive comprehensive exposure to the management of a highly ranked academic medical center. Working with senior leaders in the School of Medicine, Fellows will observe and participate in decision-making on complex issues involving teaching, research, clinical care, and a commitment to community and health equity. 2023-2024 was the inaugural year of the school's Administrative Fellowship Program. Campus leaders and staff are excited to continue supporting the program and development of each new class of administrative fellows. The 2027-2028 fellowship application is now open.
